ReplyDeletesorry, now i see that 'zi' in chinese characters underneaht the picture. i only can read the 'zi'. sound delicious, but doesn't sound like hard to make if you have egg and charsiew at home arleady.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, i guess it also depends if you know how to fry the egg that way, and also the char siu! The egg is kinda thick, i'm guessing it's those layered ones i really like! Very nice "hao gam"!
