SJF: Buying a car?

There is this friend of mine who uses public transportations to get to school and such. How many times have she complained to me how sick she is of public transportations. She doesn't mind the crowd, but what she dislike most is how unpunctual public transportations can be. A few times she was either late for class or had to miss certain appointments because the public transportation did not arrive on time. She has thoughts of getting a car, but she did not want to invest too much since she's planning to go overseas soon. Although she has considered getting a Used Cars, but with all the dishonest people around these days, she's rather worried.

Recently, she told me about this website she found, which apart from the wide selections of used cars available, they are also offered at the best price by both private seller or used car dealership. But what she likes most about the website is how the website offers advices on what to ask the seller before purchasing a used car. Apart from that, they also give guidelines on how to inspect a used car before and after test drive, and when is the best time to look at the car, and even provide safe buying tips to avoid being scammed. As if those aren't enough, they even have an 18points buyer's checklist. I guess we'll be able to see her driving around pretty soon!
