Disappointed.

"MCA Youth want apology from Umno chief for racist statement"

Once i was reading an article in Malaysia Today about some Merdeka stuffs where they interview people about their feelings for Merdeka.

There was this particular person who caught my attention on what he has said. Initially, i didn't understand what he meant, when he said that people always tell him, "Take your talents with you and leave the country" (something like that, can't remember word for word).

The reason why i don't understand, is because i guess deep down, somewhere in me feels that you should always be patriotic and faithful to your country. Our country ain't so bad, why are you so anxious to leave? It's your own freaking country dei, why are you bailing out? It's different if you wanted to go somewhere because you like that place, as opposed to going somewhere just because you want to leave your country.

But now, i guess i understand and see what he meant.
Even i feel that maybe i should do so too, if i can, and mind, i'm someone who never likes to be out of my comfort zone.

It's disappointing lar really, and i'm never one who understands political stuff even if you get Jay Chou to write it into a song for me. Anyways, this is pretty much sums out how i feel about the whole thing.


BTW, i'm sure as fellow Malaysians who studied in public schools, you're sure to study Sejarah right? What about the Melaka history? Pretty ironically neat huh? I like how they got the name Melaka, so cute, Sang Kancil! Hahaha!

I guess i'm happy that i don't, and will never, understand politics, because politicians says weird stuffs i'll never understand. It's like they are never making sense of whatever they say.
