I would definitely choose KyuHyun's version, no competition (as if you need to ask too =P)!
The fact that BabyKyu performed the song so beautifully even after like, 3-5 months singing hiatus that his singing has went back to the beginning and he had to start over...
The fact Baby performed it so beautifully, with his almost accurate pronunciations (trust me, if it was during his ChinChin days, he would definitely be able to perform it purr-fectly, the boy had put in loads of efforts to get the pronounciations right before (^^ )!)...
