Customer Service Lesson#1

I bought some stuffs from Popular Ikano yesterday, but wanted to exchange it, and changing the stuffs at Popular One-Utama will be much more convenient.

So i called the Ikano branch beforehand to ask see if i can change the stuffs at the OU branch, and after getting the green-lights from them, i went there (to the OU branch) after class.

I approached the staffs at the counter, and explained to them about the exchanging part. The situation is as below:
"Excuse me, i would like to change these stuffs because i didn't know i already have them..." i askedd politely.
"Cannot." he immediately say.

He wasn't unfriendly, nor rude, but he immediately gave a "CANNOT", its like someone throwing a bucket of cold water on your face.

So i kept my cool, and proceeded to explain that i called the Ikano branch before, they said i can change here, yada yada yada...

That (my reply) immediately stone him, and its like i throw a bucket of ICE-COLD water back at his face, that he quickly went and get his supervisor to assist me!

So yeah, Customer Service Lesson#1...
Always be helpful to your customer.
If you are a new staff, and unsure of how the procedures of the shop goes, always check with your supervisors before replying your customer.

Not all customer will take your word exactly and leave it at that. Some customers do their homework before coming !

BACK AT 'CHA XD!~

ps: But couldn't change anyways, cuz there was some problems with the receipt's code, so have to go back to the Ikano branch regardless, wargh!

Waste my time, grr!!
